NOTES ON SELF CATERING HOLIDAY APARTMENTS TARIFFS
Self Catering apartments 7 and 8 are studios. The self catering apartments
comprise of a sitting room, kitchen,bath/shower room. At night the sitting
room can be transformed into a bedroom by pulling down a double fold away
bed, which is hidden during the day in a purpose, built wardrobe unit.
Self Catering Apartments 1 – 6 have Bath and Shower.
Self Catering Apartment 7 has Bath with Over Head Shower.
Self Catering Apartments 8 – 15 have Showers.
Tariffs include owner-controlled central heating in the cooler months.
Rates include electricity, bed linen and bedding, towels, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils,tea towels, colour television, baby chairs, baths and cots (with bedding) available on request at no extra cost.
Bookings are accepted in units of seven days. Booking normally commences on Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday. Variations on day of commencement and duration of stay are possible outside peak months, subject to accommodation being available.
The self catering apartments are open throughout the year. Special quotations
will be given for periods outside the scheduled dates, on request.
Please note that V.A.T. does not apply in the Channel Islands.
CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
Occupancy is from 12.30pm on day of arrival until 9.30am, on day of departure.
Payment Deposit – Please pay £100 per week booked.
Balance – in full one month before occupancy.
Methods of Payment:
Please make cheques drawn on a British Bank or a Foreign Bank Sterling
draft (not Eurocheque) Payable to: BAYSWATER HOLIDAYS LTD.
Payment may be made by bank transfer you must also include your own bank charges.
Please request banking details.
Cancellation In the event of cancellation prior to occupancy, any monies
paid will only be refunded if the accommodation can be re-let for the full period
of your intended stay.
We strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance with your travel agent
or insurance company to cover the risk of unavoidable cancellation or curtailment.
Pets- We regret we are unable to accept pets.
To avoid possible disappointment, we recommend that, in the first instance,
you telephone to determine availability of accommodation, When we can make
a provisional reservation on your behalf. A booking form is available on
this website for you to print out and send. After making your provisional
booking, please complete and return the form with £100 deposit per week booked.
The payment of a deposit or a booking made by a corporate entity denotes a contract and guests and companies are advised to insure against the possibility of cancellation; if this does occur within one month of the commencement of the booking then the amount outstanding must be paid in full.
